Software Demos
Feel free to download any or all of the demo programs shown below. Remember, you must have Excel 2003 or later to run our software.
When you’re finished with the demo, delete it with Windows Explorer. There are no setup or uninstall programs to worry about.
Each demo program is exactly the same as it’s for-sale counterpart except that a certain input cell or section is locked. You’ll still get a good feel for what each program does, doesn’t do, and its speed.

Enable Macros – Required. If you’re using Excel ’03 or earlier, A message box will appear asking if you wish to enable Macros. In order for the program to operate correctly, you must choose ‘Enable Macros’.
If you’re using Excel ’07 or later you must enable macros via the Security Warning, Option button that will appear in the upper left of the screen after you open a ConstructionCalc program. Early versions of Excel ’07 have problems with macros and may not function correctly or freeze Excel. If that happens, see the first FAQ on our FAQ page for the simple fix.
PROBLEMS RUNNING THE DEMO OR REGULAR PROGRAM?
If you get a macro error message or the dropdown menus don’t seem to be working properly or your screen freezes, your version of Excel is having problems with our macros. See the first FAQ for the simple fix.
Download:
When prompted to Save or Open, select Save, then save the demo to a suitable folder on your hard drive, such as Temp. Remember this location. Start Excel, then File, Open the demo from your saved location.
If you’re using Excel ’07 or 2010, immediately after opening, Save As, Excel ’97-2003. Close and reopen.
