For questions pertaining to specific projects, engineering theory,
advanced program operations, etc. please call, fax or e-mail
us at the same number / address listed above. We will make every
effort to answer questions within 8 working hours. All complex
questions will be answered or reviewed by a registered professional
engineer.
There will be a minimum charge of $25, or $90/hour, whichever
is greater, for this service, plus you must agree to the Disclaimer
below. You do not have to be a ConstructionCalc software user
to utilize this service.
You must include your name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail
address, along with a credit card number with expiration date.
Please also include the maximum not-to-exceed fee amount you
are willing to spend. If we can not answer your question within
the budget you set, we will respond, so indicating.
